HOW I RELAX

 When I'm in a worry, frustration or angry i do few things to relax my mind. some of them are.

  1. Listen to music.

Listening songs is a best method to relax a mind. music is like a meditate. when I'm in a problem or my mind isn't clear I listen some songs. most of them are English and Netherlands songs. most of time I listen song at night. before I sleep, I hear songs. then I can sleep lightly. 
    
    2.  Dance 
 

I can dance. then I dance in my free time.  It is also good for body healthy.  most of time I like to Zumba dance. I love to dance to Hindi and English songs. It gives my mind relax.

   3. Relate stories. 


 Relate stories is a various thing. I relate stories in my mind. someone can think it is a crazy work. but I never mind it. when my mind is in free, I always relate stories. I relate stories until sleep .at night. 
        then those are my mind exercises. anyone can do anything to relax his mind. they are successful methods. always be relax think relax. You can take any decision when your mind is relaxed. be happy, be funny.
